Every now and then, I would get a typewriter that was in virtually new condition even though it was made fifty years ago.
 
Such is the case of this colorful, simply charming piece which as made in Japan as many fine pieces were.
 
This typewriter is practically pristine and it looks and functions as it did in the Mid 60's.
 
This Royal is pretty light as vintage typewriters go, and could be taken anywhere, no cords, batteries, or distrations.
 
I own several of these because they are adorable and well made. This one is my best of the lot-pick of the litter.
 
Even the case is in great shape. It's rare to find one like this.
